The Contemporary Choral Collective of Los Angeles (C3LA) presents their final concert series of the 2018-2019 season, TASTING NOTES, a one-of-a-kind concert collaboration with local LA chefs Pete Agraan and Joey Firoben that will feature amuse-bouches (small bites) paired with original compositions by C3LA composers, as well as songs about nourishment, scarcity, and where our food is sourced.

This concert will feature pieces by C3LA composers Molly Pease, Diana Woolner, Fahad Siadat, Amy Gordon (When We’re Gone 10,000 Years & I’m Still Here, setting poems by Jonathan Talberg) and David Avshalomov, as well as pieces by Karen Siegel, Carolyn Chen and Towsend Losey.
